Throat, Third Eye and Crown Chakra Yoga Flow

As humans we are energetic beings vibrating at different frequencies. Our Chakras are energy centers of our body responsible for our physical, emotional and spiritual health. This class focuses on our Throat - the center of our communication and speaking our true feelings, our Third Eye - the center of intuition and inner wisdom, and the Crown Chakra - the center of our higher self and connection to spirituality and the divine. When these energy centers are blocked we may have a hard time speaking up, trusting our intuition or finding our true purpose on this Earth. Working on our Chakras regularly will help us feel good and continue to attract positive into our lives
